Oklahoma City · Serving all 48 states
Upper Freight Solutions is a full-service truckload brokerage run out of South Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City. We cover dry van, reefer, flatbed and partial shipments with vetted carriers, live tracking and one coordinator who owns your account from quote to proof of delivery.
Who we are
Upper was founded by Daniel Williams after fifteen years spent on both sides of the dock — first dispatching regional runs out of the I-40 corridor, later managing inbound freight for a Midwest distributor. The company exists because too many shippers were being handed a load number and a voicemail box.
Every account here gets a named coordinator, a direct cell number and a written rate confirmation before a truck is assigned. We book the carrier, we watch the truck, and we call you before you have to call us. When something goes sideways on a Friday afternoon — and in freight it eventually does — you talk to the same person who quoted the lane.

Services
Four core modes, one point of contact. If your shipment does not fit a standard trailer, tell us the dimensions and we will source the right deck rather than force the load.
53' and 48' vans for palletized and floor-loaded freight, from single-stop full truckloads to multi-stop retail distribution runs.
Temperature-controlled trailers with continuous monitoring and downloadable temp logs for produce, dairy, beverage and pharma-adjacent freight.
Steel, lumber, machinery and building materials with securement, tarping and permitted over-dimensional moves where required.
Six pallets or twenty — volume partials priced on space used, with fewer handoffs than a traditional LTL hub network.
How it works
Origin, destination, commodity, weight, pickup window. A phone call or the quote form both work — no portal registration required.
We price against live market data and our own carrier network, then send an all-in rate confirmation. No fuel surprises added after the fact.
Carrier is vetted for authority, insurance and safety scores before dispatch. You receive driver and truck details the moment the load is booked.
Check calls at pickup, in transit and at delivery, plus signed BOL and POD emailed the same day the load unloads.
Why shippers stay
Freight is not a place for creativity. It is a place for the truck showing up when it said it would. Our operating rules are deliberately unglamorous:

On the ground

Client feedback
We moved eleven reefer loads with Upper during a very ugly produce season and not one of them missed a receiving appointment. Temperature logs came through without us chasing them.
What I appreciate is the honesty about the market. When a lane was going to be expensive, Daniel told me why and gave me the option to move the pickup a day. That saved real money.
Invoicing is clean. Rate con, BOL, POD, one invoice, no mystery accessorials at the end of the month. Our accounting team asked me who we were using so they could keep it that way.
Coverage
Our office sits minutes from the I-35 / I-40 crossroads, which is one of the densest freight interchanges in the country. That location lets us reposition equipment quickly into Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and the Southwest, and it is why so much of our repeat volume runs the Dallas–OKC–Kansas City triangle.
Outside the region we operate the same way we do at home: vetted carriers, written rates, and a coordinator who has actually looked at the map before quoting.

Send us the lane, the commodity and the pickup window. You will get a firm, all-in rate from a named coordinator — not an automated bid.
